Edit your User Profile

Your user profile is the place where you can customize your personal settings in EVO. By editing your profile, you can tailor the interface to your preferences, enhance your security, and fine-tune your export settings.

How to access your profile

1. Click on your name/email in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

What can you edit in your profile?

In your user profile, you can change the following settings:

• Display Language: Choose your preferred language for the user interface.
• CSV Export Settings: The default delimiter for CSV export files is the semicolon (;). You can change this to a different character, such as a comma (,), if needed for other applications.
• CSV thousands separator: Change the thousand separator used in CSV export files.

• Password: You can change your password here. Note that the password must meet the new password policy: a minimum of 12 characters, including at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character.

• Enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): To further protect your account, we recommend that you enable MFA. When MFA is enabled, an extra security code is sent to your email with every login. This adds an important extra layer of protection against unauthorized access, even if your password were to become known.
