Elvaco Edge 1.1.0

Background: Firmware version 1.1.0 introduces Elvaco Edge Play, enabling seamless integration between Elvaco Edge gateways and Elvaco Play. For more information about Elvaco Play, see Elvaco Play informational page.

In addition, this firmware includes new features, configuration changes and some bug fixes.

Configuration changes: This firmware includes both changes to the default configuration and introduction of new configuration possibilities. Default value within ():

  • Configuration changes

    • NbIotLwM2MResumeBackoff (0-5, 60-120, 1300-1600)

    • NbIotTimer3412 - network TAU (40h)

  • New configuration

Integration considerations:

Updates to to LwM2M Objects in this firmware.

  • Elvaco Gateway Config (33916): 1.6 → 1.8

    • New resource added SenML Encoder Version (78)

  • Elvaco NB-IoT info (33909): 2.4 → 2.6

    • New resource added for supporting increased statistics (10)

  • Elvaco M-Bus Config (33913): 1.4 → 1.6

    • New resources added to get more information of the connected M-Bus network (24 - 29)

    • Changed resource Device Count (23) from single-instance to multi-instance to receive more granular information

  • Elvaco wM-Bus Config (33915): 1.4 → 1.6

    • New resources added to get more information of surrounding radio environment (24 - 29)

Background:

This firmware release includes support for new option module with increased M-Bus load (128T). This new option module can support up to 128 wired M-Bus meters. The new firmware also contains updates and other minor functional fixes.
