Do I need to create an account to send a support request?

You can sumbit a request by pressing the Submit a request in  the upper right corner or here: Submit a request

You can also use one of our designated emails depending on subject 

General: info@elvaco.se
Support: support@elvaco.se
Sales&Order: sales@elvaco.se
Services: services@elvaco.se

In order to follow the status of your request you need to create an account, see below.

Create an account: Please press "Sign in" in the upper right corner or here: Sign In. Then you need to sign up for an account. When you have entered your details you will receive a verification email. After verification of your email adress you will be able to create a password for your account. 

If you have already sent an email to us (e.g. a support ticket) you only need to request a new password. You will then receive instructions via email.
