How do I get in contact with Elvaco?
You can get in contact with us in many different ways!
Submit a Request
You can submit a request by pressing the "Submit a request" in the upper right corner or here:

In order to follow your requests that you have submitted, you need an account on our support site, see below. If you wish to view all requests belonging to your organization, send an email to support@elvaco.se for approval.
Instructions for creating an account:
- Click on "Sign in" in the upper right corner, or here: Sign In
- Choose "Sign up" (or "Register") after which you can enter your information.
- A verification email will be sent, and once you have verified your address, you can create a password for your account.
- If you have already sent an email (e.g., a support request) to us, it is enough to generate a new password.

Reporting Security Vulnerabilities
Security vulnerabilities relating to Elvaco products can be reported via: security@elvaco.se

If you wish for our support team to connect to your computer, please download the application ElvacoSupport and provide the displayed ID to the Elvaco support staff.
