Report format

This report contains information and status of the gateway and the installed meters. This report sends a meter data report to an SMTP server. On execution of this report, an emailed with plain text be sent to the configured email address(es).

Contents

The email contains gateway information such as type serial number, software and hardware version etc, network information, as well as number of active and passive devices (meters). Furthermore, a complete device list of all connected meters with infromation such as Addressing mode, Fabrication number, Secondary address, Primary address, Type, Manufacturer, Version, Baud rate, Status, Created date.

This report contains syslog data sent from the product. This report sends a meter data report to an SMTP server. On execution of this report, plain text with all log information of the gateway will be sent in an email.

This report contains event information sent from the product. Example of events are firmware updated and rebooted unexpectedly. On execution of this report, one file with event information is sent to the SMTP Server.

Report format

This report contains value data in decoded format, i.e. the data is sent in clear text and no knowledge of how to decode M-Bus information is needed. This report sends a meter data report file to an SMTP server. On execution of this report, one file with values for all product connected meters will be sent to the SMTP Server.

Filename

Filename of the report data file sent to server is in the following format:

<serial-number>_valuereport_<time>_<report-id>.csv.

The file contains one column header line for each device, followed by one or more value data lines. Each column header line describes the contents of the following value data lines.

This report sends a meter data report file to an SMTP server. On execution of this report, one file with values for all product connected meters will be sent to the SMTP Server.

Report format

This report contains value data in decoded format, i.e. the data is sent in clear text and no knowledge of how to decode M-Bus information is needed. This report sends a meter data report file to an SMTP server. On execution of this report, one file with values for all product connected meters will be sent to the SMTP Server.

Filename

Filename of the report data file sent to server is in the following format:

<serial-number>_valuereport_<time>_<report-id>.csv.

Example of a file sent from a product with serial number 0006123456 at 2020-09-01 01:00:00:

The file contains one column header line, followed by one or more value data lines. Each column header line describes the contents of the following value data lines.

Report format

This report contains value data in decoded format, i.e. the data is sent in clear text and no knowledge of how to decode M-Bus information is needed. This report sends a meter data report file to an SMTP server. On execution of this report, one file with values for all product connected meters will be sent to the SMTP Server.

Filename

Filename of the report data file sent to server is in the following format:

<serial-number>_valuereport_<time>_<report-id>.csv.

Example of a file sent from a product with serial number 0006123456 at 2020-09-01 01:00:00:

File contents

The file contains one column header line, followed by one or more value data lines. Each column header line describes the contents of the following value data lines.
