In order to view and follow the requests that you submit you need to create an account, see description below. If you want to be able to view all tickets that belongs to your organization/company, please send an email to email@example.com for approval.
Create an account: Please press "Sign in" in the upper right corner or here: Sign In. Then you need to sign up for an account. When you have entered your details you will receive a verification email. After verification of your email adress you will be able to create a password for your account.
If you have already sent an email to us (e.g. a support request) all you need to do is to generate a new password.
