This happens more often when the CMe2100 is installed where the network coverage is bad and the CMe2100 increases the output power for connecting to the GSM/GPRS network.
The problem is within CMeX10S-CMeX13S and not CMe2100. The problem is solved from hardware version R3A.
Instead of using the supplied pin antenna, change to an external antenna with cable connection. Mount the antenna at least 1 meter from the CMe2100.

Create a new RMA ticket at www.elvaco.se using your personal account and send the product to Elvaco AB along with the printed RMA ticket information. Elvaco AB will handle the defect product and send a new product.
